Project Management

We have numerous years experience managing large and small project in our work shops or at sites across the UK. We use Microsoft Project to create a plan for every project undertaken, this is used to track the schedule of each task, this keeps the customer informed of current progress and the delivery date.

Part of our commitment to our clients is our in-house project management support team. We like to control our work environment so that we can keep our projects on time, scope and budget and we know our clients appreciate this.

As a result of this of this approach our clients are kept informed and our quality packs are provided on time which gives the client confidence in the works completed. A named project manager will manage each job so that the client has a single point of contact for their project. Our quality packs are both robust and detailed for the client, these can be provided as a hard copy or electronically.
