Scotts Mechanical Engineering Ltd are committed to delivering a quality product and service to satisfy your particular needs, we are very conscious that every product needs to be right. This is accomplished through strictly adhering and conforming to a rigid Quality Assurance Program. Detailed inspections are carried out at every stage of the production process, to ensure that your specifications and requirements are met. There is no room for error and we strive for perfection.

Each project undertaken is weld mapped for full company monitoring and traceability. This allows us to identify which qualified coded welder was assigned to each weld and to identify the location of the materials heat number.  Dependent upon client needs, a certain percentage of Non Destructive Testing (NDT), is implemented throughout each project.

We will work with any PED requirements that your project may require. We also work with Royal and Sunalliance, who undertake any 3rd party inspections to meet with PED requirements.
